Our 10-week sequential training program is specifically tailored for juniors new to sports training. It focuses on enhancing athletic capabilities in flag football while introducing them to the basic principles of strength training—no gym required. The plan includes two weekly sessions that are best paired with regular flag football practice for optimal development.

  • Each session ranges from 45 to 90 minutes and features comprehensive guidance through our dedicated app. Young athletes will learn not only how to perform each exercise but also the basic rules of training. The app includes video tutorials that guide them from the initial warm-up through the strength training portion and concluding with proper stretching techniques. This structured approach ensures a holistic training experience, building both physical strength and foundational knowledge.
